Is there a download limit? Will I be charged more if I download more?
	There is NO download limit on the our network. you can download as much as you want without worrying about getting charged more.

	What are the average download speeds?
	Download speed varies with the type of network connection you have.  On average download speed ranging from 80KB/s to 200KB/s for board  band users and 4KB/s to 6KB/s for 56k users.

	Are the videos in one piece, are they splitted or zipped?
	We don't have any zipped movies.To make it fair for all users we have  created our archive friendly for both Cable users and 56kers. There are some movies that are ideal for Cable users and there are some splitted movies ideal for 56kers. Our movies are very high quality and resolution and can be watched full screen with sound!

	Is it hard to find new material and new movies?
	We added movies several times a week and all the new update we will list on our network. So you can always get what you want.

I am trying to signup but getting rejected by biller

Please check this issue with your Card provider, may be you don't have sufficiant funds or there is any temporary problem in the credit card network. May be signup was rejected by the card processing net or cardholder's bank when the signup was in its grace period, so you are not penalized and the signup is merely deactivated. This is often due to factors which cannot be checked in real-time such as not-yet-reported stolen or lost cards. Try to sign up with another Credit card or try different email address. It could also be your browser's problem so please be advised that delete your cookies, temporary internet files and clear the history of your browser, then close all the opened windows of your browser. reopen it and try again.

	How long do I have to wait for my account to be active ?

How can I download the movies?

To download a movie, you just have to right click on the movie link and then select "Save target as". You'll be prompted to choose a place where to store the movie on your Hard Drive (Please keep this location in mind), and then the download will start. once its completely downloaded, you'll simply have to double click on the file and play the movie. Before that please note that if you left click on the link, your media player will automatically pop up and start caching the movie to play and then you wont be able to save the movie on your hard drive.
